I am Mohamed, an IT Infrastructure & Application Engineer based in Vienna. My professional experience covers application engineering, IT support, networking, automation and technical documentation.
In my own projects I operate and harden Linux, Windows and container environments and build secure IoT systems. I am now developing a cybersecurity focus through hands-on infrastructure work and HTB Academy's Junior Cybersecurity Analyst path.

The education explains the breadth of the profile: networks and telecommunications as the technical base, Business Informatics for processes and organizations, and IoT for connected systems and modern infrastructure.
After completing my current master's studies, I am seriously considering doctoral research. I am particularly interested in secure IoT and edge systems, and in security mechanisms that can be evaluated experimentally.
